A vastly underrated road trip movie last year, “Due Date,” starred Zach Galifianakis and Robert Downey, Jr.  Whenever Downey’s uptight businessman character would explode in rage, Galifianakis’ goofy character would say, “Hey, you better check yourself before you wreck yourself.” It’s now one of my favorite catchphrases—and a great mantra for most leaders today.
