Is being the "go-to person" holding you back?

“How many of you think of yourselves or have been referred to by others as the ‘go-to person?’” I asked in a webinar flash poll. Of the 400-plus managers and executives online, 98% affirmed they are the go-to people. It’s not surprising that those who end up in leadership build a go-to reputation. So, what’s wrong with that?
